
Turkmenistan is interested in expanding trade and economic relations with Pakistan
Yesterday, a meeting with a high-ranking politician and head of the Diplomatic Friendship Group of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Durrani, was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad.
As reported on the website of the Turkmen embassy, the guest was presented with the foreign policy concept of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, as well as trade and economic opportunities, the country's investment potential and favorable conditions for international partnership.
The Turkmen side, in particular, noted its interest in further strengthening cooperation and expanding trade and economic relations with Pakistan.
The parties considered possible steps to expand cooperation between the business communities of Turkmenistan and Pakistan.
The proposals include holding joint exhibitions, exchanging business delegations, investment forums and other formats for developing economic ties.
